Hey Pretty! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order, so if you’re not completely happy with it, we’ll give you a full refund as long as you send your unopened, unused lashes back to us within 10 days of the delivery date.



If you decide to return your lashes, send an email to prettyclassiclashes@gmail.com with “Return” in the subject line. Please include why you’re sending the lashes back and your order number in the email as well. Once we receive and inspect your package to make sure everything is still unused and unopened, we’ll send you your refund as soon as possible.



You are responsible for the cost of shipping a return. Please pack your lashes very carefully. Make sure you receive a tracking number from the shipper so that you can track your return shipment if necessary. We also recommend that you insure your return shipment. Unfortunately, Pretty Classic Lashes cannot be responsible for any return shipment that is lost or damaged in transit to us.
